Custer's last stand to Sundance

Rode down mountain and then north back into Montana to visit site of Custer's last stand. They definitely had a losing battle with the Indians led by Sitting Bull. Very barren country with some small hills dominated by the Indians.
Then rode back south thru open hot country with very black fronts looming up in front which we skirted round each time!
Into Sundance made famous by the Sundance Kid who robbed a bank and got away with huge amount of money. He with his accomplices hid out in the Badlands that we will visit soon. Saw a monument of him at the local Crook County jail building where he did 18 mths and got his name.
Glad to find real nice RV park with good showers!
Love S&B

Next: Devils Tower, Sturgis, Mt Rushmore, BlackHills, Custer State Park and Crazy Horse!
