The Bartas in India
 Ragastan in Brief Time not allowing for much blogging. Just got to Mumbai today and full day tomorrow before we fly home. So ... Best we can do is dot point, rough notes which would otherwise (and may yet) form the basis of our next blog. Here goes: Loving Ragastan - Land of maharajas, camels, elephants, colour, splendour, palaces. Rosey loving fabrics (FedEx guy coming this morning). Great accom ... 500 YO house in same family since given by Maharaja 350 years ago. Camels still part of daily life (you see them pulling carts in amongst the traffic), elephants (really only for weddings and tourists), still everyone wanting to sell something, but all a bit more laid back. Have we mentioned the vegetable pakoras???? Frank has been Riding up front in tuk tuk Achieved our ambition of riding in an Ambassador taxi. Brightest of Saris and Colours Had a short (only just satisfactory) camel ride Frank and Ollie went on the best Flying fox circuit. Missed out on a great Concert, But had a brush with fame nonetheless. Bailed on train to Mumbai - flew instead. Ponting is revered in India. P.s. we have put up more photos - hopefully pictures tell thousands of words. Ollie is feeling heaps better from a bug of some sort.
