Well were loving Japan already! met up with our tour group two nights ago and there are 6 of us that have bonded and been going out for food and drinks and having a laugh. The rest are a bit older and keep themselves to themselves! The Japanese are really friendly and will go out of their way to help you even if they dont speak any english, we even got offered a round of beer by an old japanese guy yesterday when we were in a bar trying the "denky bran" - which is a mix of brandy gin and wine or something.....That might be making an appearance at the next drinking games night! Went to the bright lights of Shibuya last night and saw the busy intersection like times square and went to a Yakatori restaurant which was good, food has been better since our terrible 1st meal thank god! Japan is also really clean, not seen any litter yet, plus they all get pissed at night but they are happy drunks and apparently there is never any trouble......shame its not like that back home! We went to Harajuku yesterday which had some funky shops, all the Harajuku girls go there at weekends so were going to go back at the end of the tour to see them all dressed up. We also went to a Shinto and Buddist temple which was interesting, we watched some buddhist chanting! Were going to try and get tickets to the Sumo wrestling too.

Its boiling here, must be the hottest place weve been to, 36 degrees yesterday!
