Dear all - a last blog update from here . We are settled in VT Hotel lounge area awaiting our taxi. A super morning's skiing - see photos  including top of new Funitel . And great evening in Chaumiere last night - we needed a boost after the worrying news re Marianne 's Dad : & a cheerful" bulging at the seams" Chaumiere was perfect . We only got a table when the owner's wife behind the bar recognised us " only 2 of you today!!" A kir for MNR started the cure then 3 courses & 2 hrs later we drifted happily back over the snow to bed!

So back to Uk -back at A/ croft at near midnight - then a weekend to look fwd to with Jennifer ( and Thomas we hope) not forgetting Abi! Good sport -The boatrace & the Masters -come on Rory! All love Peter/Daddy

PS To confirm I plan to continue the blog daily for a wqhile capturing Abi first days .
