Day 16

10pm

413nm to go.

Not a great deal different has happened today, we are still roller coasting along, at least the waves are not as big as Mount Everest now, they are more like Mount Fuji, at the moment..haha

As we are getting closer we need to change our coarse, as the way we are going we will sail straight past Cocos.

We tried to head more south last night, but it was so rough, and we just could not get any sleep.
So today was the day we changed coarse and headed south.
It feels all wrong, other then the shocking motion of the boat, it feels like we are heading back the way we came.

So we stayed on this coarse all day till sunset, then changed back to the original coarse, but we are losing  ground again, as I have been trying to keep the boat steady so The Captain can get a decent sleep.

I also baked some nice bread this morning, this time a Caramel and Sultana and a Cheese and a Herb.
The other day it was a Cinnamon and Coffee Scroll, oh man they were so good, I made a mistake with the recipe and put in an extra 100gm of butter, and they turned out like a Danish Pastry, and it was no problem at all, I will sure have to remember that mistake.

Well tomorrow us another day.
