Easy Breakfast Casserole

I live in Alaska, my daughter lives in New Jersey, and she got married in Dallas Texas last month. Talk about a logistic nightmare. It's hard enough to plan a wedding, but doing it long distance makes it very challenging and frustrating. This wedding was small, just family and friends, and my daughter wanted her reception to be in a small, quaint Italian restaurant. She found Angelo's Italian Grill online, and we ended up choosing them for our reception - boy did we make a good decision! Angelo's is only a few miles from the Dallas Arboretum, where the wedding took place. Both of these dishes were excellent. The Spaghetti Warehouse makes their lasagna is made with layers of meat sauce, sausage stew, cheeses, herbs and spices and topped with their delicious meat sauce. Both my wife and I love lasagna as much as Garfield.Begin reducing sausage soup at olive garden your sodium intake gradually. If the need for salt is an acquired taste then gradually reducing your intake will gradually reduce your need for salt to enhance flavor. The patties are great along side all of your breakfast favorites or in a sandwich. To cook them, you can simple toss them in a skillet and heat them from frozen over medium heat. For the crumbles, it will be easier if you defrost it overnight in the freezer or in the microwave on low power. Use the crumbles to make a slow cooker sausage and chorizo casserole, breakfast taco or scramble them with eggs. You can add cooked breakfast sausage to other dishes as well, such as stuffing! For this soup I used a roasted chicken that I brought from my local grocery store. This is a nice way to shorten the slow cooker sausage casserole cooking time of your soup and still get amazing flavor. You are more than welcome to use raw chicken but you will want to make sure the chicken is cooked completely before eating your soup. You can use pre-cut stew meat. I prefer to cut up a pot-roast myself because the meat is leaner and I think the taste is better (and I wait till it goes on sale). Often I cut everything up the night before and am always happy I did, as I literally toss it in the pot, and just add the liquids. The casserole also doubles as an excellent breakfast taco or burrito. Six to eight people can comfortably finish off this recipe but the casserole can be saved for a number of days in a covered container and used as different meals. Again, experiment with using the casserole as filling for a number of Mexican dishes. For an even more authentic Mexican experience, opt for cotija cheese, a product of Mexico with a real unique flavor, instead of cheddar or jack and use refried beans instead of hash browns. Cooking times remain the same.
