Kununarra Staying at Hidden Valley Caravan Park cost $30 a night, very tight roads in park but managed to get in OK, facilities are clean and we had a good position near them. Posted position on facebook and Anthea then let us know she had a friend here and for us to contact her and she would show us around. We had already been here 1 day but had not seen much just did some shopping and had some lunch etc. We contacted Anthea's friend Judy that night and arranged to meet her for morning tea at the Ivanhoe Farm Cafe she brought her son Toby with her a very nice young man. We had a great chat and cuppa and she advised us of places to see such as the Sandalwood Factory/ Ivanhoe Dam Crossing/ The Hoochery / the back road to Wyndham, where we could see the black waterfall/ waterhole. There was a market on this morning and it was rather interesting we both loved the pictures printer on mini orb so much we have brought one, only a small one to go on the decking. While at Kununarra we did a flight over the Bungle Bungles and Lake Argyle and the Argyle Diamond mine. Best way to see them you get to appreciate the size of the area. It was nice to meet Judy and Toby, we had a good time here but from here we head to Darwin.
