Eeyore the Fiat 500
 Day 6 Woke up and had breakfast at the hotel. Off we set to find petrol, went past a chemist whos sign said that it was already 26 degress and it was only 9:10am! All fuelled up we made our way through the italian roads (we just crossed the border late the night before) we had some lovely views of the lake as we climbed up the hills again and onto the motorway. A quick stop at the services to buy some food for lunch and off went again. The sun was out and it was really hot, windows open all the way! We started to get closer to the coast and the tunnels started to appear, then so did a traffic jam. They were relaying the road surface in one of the tunnels so we were down to one lane, just as we got through the traffic we had to stop. The orange car had a problem with it's electronic ignition, a short stop and we were going again. More and more tunnels kept coming at us and then we see the sign GARLENDA! Off the motorway we come and we weave our way up to the campsite. We all arrive safely, check in and set off to find our bungalows, the campsite is huge and some of the roads are very uphill, it has a one way system and we see some of the cars going roud twice trying to find their way! A short explore round the site and then drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. Pizzas are the specialityand they are huge! A really great dinner, loads of laughs about our journey so far and our plans for the entertainment on Saturday night. A quick drink at the bar and then the uphill climb to the bungalow. A great trip so far but now time for a lie in.
