Up and off to collect Eeyore from the train station this morning, he was sat there waiting for me so once the office opened and I had the keys we were off! Round the Paris perifique slowly as there was an accident. Past that and off towards Rouen.

A small misfire on the way but new spark plugs soon solved that. More miles on the motorway and then we arrived at Le Harve.

We followed the signs to the car ferries port only to find that they had closed the road for road works and not put up any diversion signs! Eventually we find the signs back to the main road and to the car ferries. When we arrive there are lots of other classic cars in the queue on their way home from classic le mans.

A calm crossing over the channel and we arrive back in portsmouth to the rain and wind. Off to the hotel and Eeyore is tucked up for the night in the guarded underground car park.
