For anyone who was wondering, we made it home safely and slept in our own bed last Thursday night. Good to be back and catching up with family, friends and surroundings. Intensely blue skies, the likes of which we've not seen while away, and ice in bird bath every night. Over next few days will catch up on the blog and the highs of our last week in France.

Progress - updated diary from day 41 onwards. Now to find those photos....

3 August
At last, we have selected and loaded up as many photos as we think we and the blog can bear.   Found we had missed photos for day 30 and have loaded them also - most significantly, some wonderful vintage olive trees in a nursery.

Many thoughts run around our heads as we review our trip and experiences, and so many good memories, but daily priorities are steadily taking over our lives.....
