IT"S NOT AUSTRALIAN, IS IT? Well the festive seasons been and gone so I've been tasked with So today I'll target some of those things that just aren't AUSTRALIAN.... For instance, bloody Valentine's Day, what's that got to do with us? Now who needs a special day to give the girl some flowers or chockies. It's not AUSTRALIAN... St Patrick's Day is comin' up. Here's another one, it's for the bloody Irish, not AUSTRALIAN'S. We drink beer, some of us even get sloshed on a daily basis and feel a bit bloody green the next day. That's really not worth celebrating is it? If we're gonna celebrate one foreign countries day, what about the 17th of May, Norway's national day, now I know a few of them can knock a couple or three back. And that little Tassie Princess is just next door, she could offer them a Boag's or two to help celebrate on their day. And closer to home, actually across the 'detch' New Zealand. Their Waitangi Day, on the 6th of February, if we're goin' to celebrate a day for someone else we should start closer to home, it's almost AUSTRALIAN... I gotta stop now 'cause I'm supposed to be writing about our trip. So we're still in Mareeba, at the Country Caravan Park. We have visitors be back later to continue
