You have achieved so much
I met a lovely lady when Tom and I were on our Norwegian Fjiord hol. She was approaching 40 & felt a bit of a crisis occurring inside her. She felt she had always wanted to do something meaningful, but did not know how. To give up her good job, although she had been off with stress. She had a lovely husband and home. Something unfullfilled was trying to get fullfilled I think. I just spend a really awe inspiring 2 hours going back to the begining of your blog, photos etc. It has been so very moving and emotional in a beautiful way. I am so proud to be your friend Ruth. You have done so much for so many and you are so young. Well done Ruth, you are a star!

I'm so very proud of u
Hope u still remember me. we met on the plane to London, last year September. i was the Mongolian girl who sat next to u. It has been exactly one year ever since I met u. Ur country has been treating me good, and hope that my country hasn't been too rough to you. I fell in love with cider that i have never tried before not even in Malaysia. I read from your blog that occasionally your mother sends you stuff. There are some private companies where you can send things form England to UB a lot cheaper than through post and it takes only 6 days to reach. If anything, please email me on emi_jss@yahoo.com. My mom works in National Police Department as inspector. If you ever need help please don't hesitate to contact me, even though I'm not in Mongolia, my mom will help with a legal advice, etc. Words can't describe how thankful am I to you for doing volunteer job in my country. Musha, xx

Look at you in Mongolia!
Hi Ruth! First, please accept my apologies for not getting in touch sooner. I haven't done so sine just before you left and feel pretty bad about it. I've had a good look through all your photos and updates and it seem like you're having the time of your life. I would now like a ger, which is a new word in my vocabulary. As is Ulaanbaatar and many others!Have I got it right that your mother is visiting you? - Look out Mongolia, Jaqui is crackers (in a good way) ! So, not a lot new here, still on the mean streets of Eggleston and working for Groundwork. However uni beackons in September and I'm looking forward to getting away greatly. Take care of yourself and I look forward to hearing all about it when you return, if you do! Best, best wishes, Nathan

Hello - what a lovely idea to have so much information about the area where you are. Your last entry was February so - are you still in Mongolia? Such a long way to travel - what an adventure you must be having. Lovely to look around your website ... I hope that you are still having the journey of a lifetime.
