 Piura, Peru Hi all, after a long night in the bus, and some hours wasted at the border, we are now in Piura, Peru! We couldn`t find any cheap flight tickets (because of Easter) so we booked another bus ticket to go to Lima (another 12h journey). We do hope to find a flight from there to Cuzco (Machu Picchu) or we`ll have to do another 22h! It seems that Peru is more expensive than Ecuador, and people are different. So far so good. This afternoon we are going to Catacaos, small village near Piura, really famous for their Silver and Gold crafts. We do hope we can find a cybercoffee where we can upload our photos! Ciao Sab y Beto Ca y est, nous y voila, enfin au Perou!!! Quelle aventure pour aller a ce fameux Machu Picchu! Nous venons de faire 8 heures de voyage dans la montagne, avec un passage frontiere plutot bizarre, et maintenant nous voila a attendre l`autocar qui sort cet apres midi pour Lima (12h de route) ou nous esperons pouvoir prendre un avion pour Cuzco (Machu Picchu). Les billets coutent trop cher de Piura, a cause des fetes de Paques! Bref, un peu fatigues, mais toujours motives! Cet apres midi, nous allons a Catacaos, petit village d`artisanat d`or et d`argent. Encore desolee pour les photos, la technologie manque encore de developement ici! Bisous a tous, Sab
