The Toon Down Under

We spent one night in Newcaslte which is just North of Sydney. There isn`t much there but the only reason we stopped there was just so a certain Geordie member of the group could say he`d been and take some photos of a street named after him. Although we didn`t find said street we did discover a Tyrrell Towers which more than made up for it.

The only activities involved watching Australia make history by scoring there first ever goal(s) in the World Cup and then going to a nature reserve on the morning of the 2nd day.

A short stop over but that was the point.
