Hola from Barcelona, Spain. Architecture is the of the game here, and the main player is Antoni Gaudi. I have spent most of my time in Barcelona visiting Gaudi´s most famous works: his lamp-posts at Plaça Reial, Palau Guell, Park Guell, Casa Batilo, La Perdera, and Sagrada Familia. His style is unique and dramatic. My favorite place in Barcelona is Gaudi´s spectacular Park Guell, perched high above the city on a hill. It is fairy-tale like with its pillars, gatehouses, mosaics, and breathtaking view of Barcelona. Overall, Spain has been a refreshing change of pace from my previous destinations. Unfortunately, it is also very hot, crowed with European tourists, and expensive. I hope this finds you all well and happy!
