To be honest with you, I had never seen a picture of Croatia.  I`m not sure what made me want to sail the coast of Croatia for a week, but spur of the moment, I signed up for a week long sail trip down the coast of Croatia and found myself on the S/S Emanuel.  A boat that doesn`t fit into the category of sailboat (like the brochure said), but was more of a yacht...more of my traveling style (first class or no class).   So for a week I enjoyed yachting, swimming, crystal clear blue water, drinking, 5 star service and euro-trashing in caves and castles.  As my Calgary friend kept repeating, "what a delight."
