Well what a wierd journey that last one was. Left Fiji at 10pm 17th and arrived in LA at 1.30 17th.... then arrived in NYC 12.30am 18th. Got my bags from the terminal and got touted by this cabbie and was ok as i got a good rate. Very strange pair of men who drove the Taxi. Was like a massive mini van with just me in it and the driver was asleep in it when i got there! Shoes off and everything! We went on our merry way and picked up a guy who was waiting for the bus, very odd fella, booker or something. As the Taxi guys were nice to him he sold them three porno dvds.... The night gets about as odd as that. Anyway i made it to the hostel at about 1.30. But i couldnt check in until 3.00...PM. Which really sucks. So i havent slept for like 35hours...ish, 30 mins snatched on the sofa dont really count!

And now as i cant check in till 3 im going to go exploring! Maybe go see the Empire State, Have lunch in China Town and then go for a kip. Maybe pick up some bread at the store, theres one on the corner next door. But where i am right now there is nothing to see or do so i have to hike it into town, i think i see a Red Bull day ahead of me!

Just thought it might be interesting for you guys! Oh yeah i forgot ive already met a gangster and a pimp! I was eating my philly cheese steak sandwich last night outside and they were just there drinking on the corner....

Fun times in New York! I might see if i can find a internet cafe with a card reader so i can upload some photos from fiji, nz and NYC for y`all!
