So I made it all the way home safely. The flight was a bit rough.. but I am safely home and in one peice.. sort of. On the flight back I made a list of things I would do when I returned home and rocovered. This includes learning how to cook curry and and make sushi, learn how to play the piano, continue to paint and draw, grow my own herbal garden, buy the movie Life is Beautiful, write a poem, pay off all my late fees at the Waukesha public library so I can continue to read,  learn more constallations, and get and read the biography of Rita Angus. So this list is steadily growing, so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Update as of today, I have gotten an MRI and I wait until Monday to figure out when/what surgery I will be having. I have enrolled in a nutrition class online with the University of Phoenix so I can be covered for health insurance purposes. And I am in the middle of figuring out how to grow my own wheat grass! So I will leave you with my first poem.. a bit corny but it was on the list.. so here it is!!!

We always try and plan out our lives but why? When the control is out of our hands. We still try.

We set goals, make lists to check, like writting this ryme.  But what else are we supposed to do. So we keep on one breath at a time.

Wondering if we have any control.. laughing, crying, loving, wishing, waiting. Will we ever reach that goal? Seems like nobody has the answer.

We keep searching for happiness, unkown if it will ever be found. It is a struggle to stay in the moment, or even keep two feet on the ground.

ok ok.. so not all of it rymes.. but its my first try! anyways, who know where my next destination will be.... all I know is I need to get better before I venture off again.  So until next time......
