1st day at the academy WOW seriously beasted on the field 2day we had a morning gym and core stability session followed by a 8set 450m sprints with 1:30 rest intervals then followed by skills training focusing on the support runner`s roll i.e running lines, comunication, decsion making. Also in the same drill practicing contact area ofloads i.e, the bump and ride to ofload, spin in contact and ofload, tackeld and ofload, and contact with pass around the back. This was then followed by an extra lap of the running track, 50 pushups, and 40 short sprints starting on ur stomache each time all in a days work ey!
