10th Mar 2004Hey I hate reading essays too, But I am the Greatone! Ok so it has taken me a little while to write, my badd. I am alive and doing just fine. As for now, I`m having to use net cafe`s, as we do not have internet hooked up at our place yet. Shit should be hooked up in the next few weeks. So the boys and I have a 3bdrm apartment. 10min walk from the world famous "Bondi Beach" It`s a really good size, and the rent is decent $285 weekly split in 3`s. We got a house full of furniture for $375 from some Irish folk who were on their way back to Ireland. Sofa bed, double bed, single bed, 2tv`s, table+chairs, pots and pans, dishes, all the cutlery we need. An iron, kettle, and some other shit. Oh yeah, we even got a christmas tree!!!! New shit too, as it is only 6months old. Everything seems to be comming together. I must say, it really sucks that I now have my own place, and I can`t have any of you guys here to see it. The weather.... can`t complain. I mean my skin is peeling rapidly, but I guess that is better than frosbite!! Hey, I am sure it will be warming up soon back home... lol. Man, I miss our Leafs. Clublife sucks, but i guess I`ll have to adapt. It`s all dance music shit. There are clubs that play RnB/ Hip Hop. It`s just really old shit. "Milk Shake" and "Hey Ya" are just starting to blow up here. What a fuckin head ache. Also, everyone is a pillhead. "Got Pills" they like to ask a lot. E, speed, and whatever else is used, is nothing out of the ordinary. Weed is not that popular. People seem to rather do pills socially, where we back home wanna smoke a blunt or two just to start the night. "Sooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuwwwwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" The dudes, well lets just say.... Whoa!!!. Different dudes down here. I have never seen so many guys wear such tight clothes. The chicks, yup there are some hot ones, but they are funny aswell. I mean it`s not there fault, the big stupid hat wearing thing is just now popular. Newsflash.. Valour suits and anything Pink is now in style. Shit, it`s like Back to the Future all over again. The beach .............HOT. Fuck it`s sick. Not that it`s a big deal or anything but, on the topic of toplessness. Lets just say they ain`t shy!!! I ain`t madd either. The Ocean, damn salt water is salty huh. I think it was my 2nd or 3rd time out that I almost drowned. Got caught in a rip... But since that, I own this mother. I am killing these waves. Been doing a lot of body surfing, and in time I am sure that I will have my own surf board. Shit, I`m a make surfing look gooood. Haven`t seen a kangaroo, gator`s croc`s anything of that sort yet. Soon enough. Rugby, it`s starting to pick up. Training is getting more and more intense each practise. We have our 2nd game this weekend. Still in trial mode. Meaning people are playing for there positions. I am gonna be just fine. I know this. The really big guys are Huge, but other than that, some skrawny ass dudes down here.
