Why didn't my sms map update work?

Firstly, only our premium members and above have access to the sms update functionality. If you have a free site then the update will not work.

You should check that you have set up your mobile phone number correctly. If we do not have your number in the correct format then we can not link your sms to your site. Your number should be entered with a leading + sign, your country code and no spaces. e.g +447777123456.

If you are an upgraded member and your update did not work then please make sure that the country name that you wrote is exactly as it appears in the country list page in the members area.

Finally, at the bottom of the mobile update instructions page in the members area there is a list of all sms's that we have received from your registered mobile, and details of any problems that may have occurred processing the message.
