The cool thing about London is that if you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes and it will change.  Rain, Sun, warm and cold.  You can get all of that in an hour (bring your backpack).  The riverboat tour took us near the popular Tower Bridge and the London Eye ( Big ferris wheel).  We ended up grabbing some Pizza near Picadilly circus and some horses walked passed.  See video.
