No photos since Sunday due to  travelling & Internet ls lacking- hope to do some this evening

All well with us - Abi in energetic form -seems to find all the travelling & new experiences stimulating - then flops out for long nights sleep

MNR rode the last KM of Foix stageon her own ' a couple of hrs before tour arrival  infront of  cheering crowds !! -security men thought she was member of Sky back up team because she was wearing the outfit & looked so confident!

And I am enjoying it all
