The last blog! We are now safely home after the most fantastic holiday in Australia. Hard to believe the 6 weeks are now over. They have just flown by and we have seen and done so much. We had a good trip back. It is such a long journey and we were dreading it but it turned out not to be as bad as expected. Pip and Tom were waiting for us at Heathrow. What a treat- so lovely to see them. A big thank you to Pip, the taxi driver, the voice of reason when stuck in floods and for getting our seats sorted on the flight from HK to London.
Thank you also to Jenny and Andy, and Margs and Rich for their wonderful hospitality and friendship. We so enjoyed our stays with you.
I have really enjoyed writing the blog as it was a great way to keep in touch and it was fun reading all the messages and a good way to keep in touch.
Now looking forward to spending Easter with all the family, and then catching up with friends over the next few weeks.
