Anglo has offered me a 2 year secondment to Trend Mine @ Peace River Coal, in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains near Tumbler Ridge in British Columbia, Canada. We have accepted and Joan and I are making preparations to fly out 27th April. We are both excited about this assignment and look forward to living in a wilderness area and experiencing 4 distinct seasons in 1 year. Moving from the tropics to a region that can experience -40C will be interesting.
