First of all I'd like to wish Marian a very Happy Birthday, I know you had Great day and got spoilt rotten. xxx
Am sitting here on my watch. Watching storm clouds build up, we just had one squall hit us, with Rain, this is the first rain we have had in well over 2 months.
There is another one building up as well I'm just hoping it may blow past us.
What's it like out here? it's ugly, the trade winds are not too strong sometimes gusting 25knt, but the ocean is shocking, we are being thrown all over the place, and the size of the waves are like mountains.
I hate this kinda sailing, I know I bitched about no wind, but at least it was a nice sail, this just sucks.
We have not seen another vessel for days and it feels like we are the only crazy ones out here in this.
I am still way paranoid about the water in the bilge and I get The Captain to check it several times a day, I can't help it, It actually scared me more than I realised.
Other than that, we are just hanging in there and trying to make the best of a bad situation.
Well tomorrow us anther day.
