Day 5

1371nm to go.

Well today was a bit more of a clean up and drying day, as the sun decided to show its face for a change.
We hung out everything we could to dry out, I did some washing and The Captain, harnessed up braved the elements and got it all strung out on deck.
It was not an easy task, as we still have huge ugly seas, and wind blowing 25knts and gusting more he sure did struggle.

I managed to clean up the rest of the boat, which was not easy, it's not perfect but it's getting better, although. I still have water running out of lockers, this drives me crazy, as most is in the galley, and when we finally get to  Rodrigues I'm am going to be hit with a major clean up of all those lockers.

I also did some cooking and made Coffee Scrolls, a loaf of my bread and nacho's for dinner, so yeah was pretty busy all day.

Oh if any of you are wondering how the fishing is going, well it's not, my arm is still too sore and it's just way too rough to even think of putting a line out.
I am itching to get it out there but it will just have to wait.

Well tomorrow is another day.
