Wednesday 12th November 2014

Well the best laid plans never seem to work.
We were suppose to leave this afternoon but we are still here.

The first job off the list was for The Captain to dive under and remove the fitting from the boat.

Well as hard as he tried he just can't do it, he really can't stay under long enough to get the screws undone, he tried over and over but it just was not happening.

This is when we really should have done a scuba dive coarse we have all the gear on board but just not sure how to use it.

So we get dressed and head over to the coast guard office on shore, we ask the guy there if he knows any divers and he says to leave it with him and he will make some phone calls.

Meanwhile we get directions to the closest supermarket to get the last bits and pieces, they told us it was a 5 minute walk, 5 minutes my arse it took us ages in extreme heat, sweating like crazy, dodging traffic as there is hardly any walkways and finally make it to the shopping centre.

To our surprise it was another very upmarket one.
We find a place where there is wifi, check the weather report for the next few days and all is good to go.

We get way too much grocery's and have to carry it all back, we really should be so fit, yeah right.

Puffing and panting we make it back to the customs office he gives us the names of two guys that could do our job for us, so back to the boat we go.
We ring them one is a wrong number the other we got through and he said he would come out in 15-20 mins.

Well we are still waiting he never turned up, The Captain tried ringing over and over with no success he eventually went back to the yacht club and they said they know of a few guys and come back in the morning.

So we contact the Customs at Port Louis and tell them we will not be leaving till tomorrow, as they have our speargun we had to give them twenty four hours notice, so all is good for tomorrow now, we hope.

Well tomorrow is another day.
