Day 5

1064nm to go.

Well another day of storms, we just seem to get through one when another one hits, it's getting beyond a joke now.

But at least we have enough wind to get us moving at least that is something.
The ocean is rough as well as every storm you get it kicks up the waves big time.

Other than mopping up, hanging on, opening up covers when the rain stops to try and dry stuff out, which almost happens when down the rain comes again and wets it all over again.

I did manage to do a bit of cooking when things settled down for a few hours, I made some of my bread and a sweet, chocolate and caramel bread as well.

But the best was a homemade made up Dark chocolate with coffee and rum, oh man it's so good but so strong in flavour, you really can only eat a small piece at a time, it sure satisfies that chocolate craving.

We have been having a lot of ships go past as well but it seems like it's only on my watch, The Captain does not have many at all.
And I had a really big sleep this morning, I went to bed around 2am and woke up feeling like I had not slept much at all, when The Captain looked at me and said do you know what time it is, it's 12pm yeap ten hours sleep man I feel human again.

Well tomorrow is another day.
