Steps and Signs.
I have been reading on a friends blog about all the steps in and around Simonstown, so I decided that I just had to check this out for myself, and of course drag The Captain along with me, and yes we just drove around in the car, but you swear by the performance that he kicked up, you would think I made him walk up and down these...haha
Now I have noticed a few of these steps before but never imagined, in less than a 5 Klm drive you would see so many.
Why there are so many? Who knows, maybe they are just like street signs.
Simonstown is built on some very steep mountains, so I guess you have to get up there somehow.
I may be a little strange, but I also like taking photos of road signs as well, some are just so funny, if only I could get The Captain to stop long enough for me to take them, I would have hundreds, but you will just have to put up with the few I have I'm afraid, but who knows I may just get heaps more yet.
Oh and yes they do have robots here, it even tells you on the road....haha
It still cracks me up every time I see it.
