They don't sit and bemoan that it's there, they work with it not against it. I've seen companies fail as the owner ran into something that was harder than they originally expected, to do. Recall, anything worth having will have a cost. That cost getting out of your comfort zone, asking for some help or might be learning a new skill. It might mean a giant leap of faith or a small correction in course.
