well, apparently it can..as i have just had my boiler condemned! this means i have no central heating and no hot water...what larks. everyone keeps telling me to just switch it back on, but i cant as the engineer turned the whole system off at the meter and put a huge `danger` tag on the boiler. this really has been the worst fucking january since records began. im going to the dentist next week, and will probably be told that i need £1000 of root canal work, and then my windows will probably blow in as we are having some of the worlds worst weather...which of course is perfect timing to be without heating. ah, its all happy happy joy joy here...and february is just about to come up..my least favourite month of the year..which is even worse this year as it has an extra day! roll on the summer! thats what i say. pah!
