Hi Guy's been a little time since writing any blog update where do I start? First Pat is still doing fantastic,and now regularly visits our site gym and really enjoys going.
I on the other hand have really been well and truly bitten with the cycling bug. First to further continue my weight loss before coming out to Spain I took up cycling on a 2nd hand Raleigh Hybrid I bought off my brother and happily rode around the country lanes of Stafford. I continued riding the Raleigh in Spain however after much heckling from my two sons I upgraded to a Cube full suspension mountain bike. Then for Xmas 2016 I purchased a brand new 2017 carbon frame Cube road bike so now own two Cube bikes one for road use the other for off road or dirt track routes of which there are quite a few around our location.
Oh, forgot to add that in February 2016 we returned to the UK to change our Peugeot 308 for a BMW Cabriolet a must have for the Spanish sun.
