Day 74-June 2, 2018-Sugar Land, TX, more baseball

Temp up to 97 today, hot and humid

We both might be a bit afraid of venturing out on the roads and getting lost again so this morning we stayed at the campground and read, then looked at maps again.  Harry can smell home and wants to get there as soon as possible.  I’m still thinking about going to Montana and Wyoming.  We changed everything we decided on two days ago and plotted another course home.  Watched a squirrel that lived in a tree right by our site, read some more and decided that instead of staying here tomorrow night we’d leave a day earlier than planned.  Surprisingly, we got a cash refund with no problem at all.  After dinner we went to a Skeeter’s baseball game again.  We ignored the GPS and had no issues getting to the game or back to the campground.  The games usually start at 7:05 but on week-ends, like today, they start at 6:05.  But we didn’t know that ‘til we got to the game so we were a bit late.  We got there at the top of the second inning so we didn’t miss much.  Better outcome tonight, the Skeeters won 9-5.
