Rachels Adventures
 Bangkok Arrived at the hotel OMG very posh lol well compared the the hotels we've been staying it was nice to have air-con in the lobby. Was meant to be going Zip lining with the girls but last minute Sarah text me to say she had arrive so I stayed and the girls went (kinda glad as I really wanted to go look round the shoup the famous Khao San Road. Met Sarah at reception she'd literally got there just before me. On Sarahs next plane at Abidabia she was a bit worried where to go whilst in the customs line she gets talking to this guy ek I've forgotton where he's from and his name lol anyways turns out he was on the same plane to Bangkok so she was sorted his hotel was round the corner from ours he made sure she got there ok also he can speak Thai which was very handy. He joined us whilst we shopped poor guy lol (he was meeting his friends later on) We also stop for a beverage we tried a cocktail ew it was disgusting can I just say that is my 2 day of having a drink since being her haha can you believe that! I'm sure i'll make up for it in nights to come. Ok so after shopping it was time for us to get back to go me our tour leaders and group. Wow this was a big group 16!!! from one extreme to another 6 to 16 lol awesome so i've had the best of both worlds. Most of them had been on a previous tour like me but there was the Nothern hilltribe Trek the same as Sarahs doing then this one. So there was me and 4 guys that joined the group. They alll seem really nice! After meeting it was down to Koh Sam Road for tea and a few drinks we went to a bar with a live singer and playing the acoustics he was really good and played my kind of music (mine and yours Chell :) you would have loved it! An early night was in order after the overnight train so that was pretty much my first day in Bangkok. To wake the next morning after a good sleep :) and time to say bye to my friends from the previous tour :( sure i will see them again be nice to. Down for breakfast im the only one from our new group lol. I was in at 11 the rest between 1am-3am haha. Alvin came down so we had breakfast together and made a plan of action The Grand Palace it was. Went to get Sarah met her room mate Emma really nice girl so she wanted to come also -so me, Sarah, Emma and 3 guys off my trip headed over there. Wow there were so many temple never ending!! pretty spectacular though and was good to say I've seen the Grand Palace lol. We also went to Wat Po the recycling Buddah OMG it was massive have a look at the pics! Back at the hotel it was off to the train station to catch another overnight train :( wasnt too bad though. And went and chilled with a few people in the bar for a bit then was off to bed.
