24th Jun 2012 Day 9: Campers Arrive The day had finally arrived when the campers arrive!! Even though about 12 Florida girls arrived yesterday today is the day and everyone is very excited. The campers arrived just after lunch and we straight into introductions. After the girls picked their beds and had them approved by our group leader Julie, the girls could finally start to unpack their bags, and what an event this was going to be. Some girls were really good and did the majority of it themselves others thought that it was our (counselors) job to do it for them. After dinner which was a feast I'm talking about 6 different meals to choose from and dessert, we finally got to perform our dance and we all had a ball performing it! Back to the bunk that the girls were all pretty tied from their travels from the day so all torches were out by 11pm.
