Day 78-June 6, 2018-HOME!!!
Drove 123 miles in 3-1/2 hours
Temp never got over 73, rain, rain, rain!
Rained again in the Sunshine State the entire trip home. We saw quite a few logging trucks and between those and the cloudy, gloomy, wet foggy day we almost thought we were back in northern California or Oregon. We were greeted by a sign in Homosassa that read “Streets May Be Flooded” and they certainhy were. The up side is that the truck and RV are nice and clean from all the rain. After 78 days, 9, 853 miles, 14 states, 41 campgrounds and uncountable memories we’re back home. And there really is no place like home. Although we are talking about when and where our next adventures will be. Now comes the job of unpacking everything and giving the inside of the RV a good cleaning. That should take a while.
